本套砂金設(shè)備為挖斗式挖沙、抽沙沙金設(shè)備，處理量為150m3/h，回收率可達(dá)到80-90%，該套沙金提取設(shè)備是我公司根據(jù)用戶實(shí)際需求，并且總結(jié)多年淘金經(jīng)驗(yàn)，獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)制做而成，在其它普通沙金設(shè)備淘金船基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)改良，現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)成為一種先進(jìn)成熟的產(chǎn)品，深受國(guó)內(nèi)外用戶的歡迎，其優(yōu)勢(shì)如下：
1、浮體側(cè)板與底板采用CCSB專用船板，面板采用防滑花紋板，增加浮體外側(cè)保護(hù)架，使浮體強(qiáng)度得到了極大的提升；

2、四角輪與五角輪：主軸外部加套，采用熱脹冷縮原理與主軸自然抱死，然后套與邊板焊接，避免因?yàn)楹附舆^程中溫度過高對(duì)主軸材質(zhì)產(chǎn)生影響；
邊板留有槽口，與連接板插入焊接，以保證焊接以后的結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度；
五角輪邊板外側(cè)貼油汽車彈簧弓板耐磨保護(hù)；
四角輪與五角輪采用機(jī)械密封裝置，廠家保證兩年內(nèi)只注油品與免維護(hù)，四角輪與五角輪成型采用厚鋼板數(shù)控切割一次成型，如兩年內(nèi)受損廠家免費(fèi)更換以及包賠損失。
3、挖斗兩側(cè)扇板與兩側(cè)連接的夾板采用數(shù)控切割一次成型，非焊接產(chǎn)品。具有抗拉力、強(qiáng)度大、不變形等特點(diǎn)。
4、鏈條采用一次性鑄造成型，不會(huì)像焊接、鍛打產(chǎn)生過多的誤差，具有高密度的成型標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，抗拉力、抗強(qiáng)度，磨損率低等特點(diǎn)。
5、 選金礦機(jī)械沙金回收采用振動(dòng)溜槽，具有防板接、回收率高、處理量大、維修率低等特點(diǎn)。

Product introduction
This bucket chain jet suction gold dredger,working capacity 150m3/hour,the recovery rate can be 80-90%,the set of machine is according to customer’s inquiry and our engineer’s experience,design and manufactured by our company,now it’s the well-rounded production and popular abroad and domestic and overseas,the advantage:
1.The side pontoon of dredger and bottom of pontoon using CCSB steel, the shipping board using flower-typed anti slipper steel, with safe guard bar to protect increased the working safety on the pontoon.

【砂金設(shè)備流程概述】
原料通過挖斗輸送至選金礦機(jī)械振動(dòng)篩內(nèi)進(jìn)行篩選分級(jí)為粗料與細(xì)料兩種規(guī)格，其中粗料（即廢料）直接通過廢料溜槽直接排出至廢料區(qū)域；細(xì)料通過分料器均勻排入沙金提取設(shè)備三臺(tái)振動(dòng)溜槽內(nèi)進(jìn)行回收，同時(shí)水下五角輪一側(cè)的抽沙系統(tǒng)將細(xì)沙通過一臺(tái)沙泵打入分料器內(nèi)，然后進(jìn)入沙金提取設(shè)備三臺(tái)振動(dòng)溜槽內(nèi)進(jìn)行回收，回收的金留在內(nèi)部淘金氈內(nèi)，廢料排出至廢料區(qū)域。
Technical progress
The material of ore digging by bucket of gold dredger then be transported into vibrating screen to be separated into 2sizes,the big one(scrap material)getting rid to scrap area by scrap sluice,the small one getting through the mineral separating machine into 3 set shaking sluice to get gold concentrate then gold are kept in the carpet of sluice,the scrap are getting rid into scrap area.
